・Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program for plastic packaging manufacturing, including inspection procedures, testing protocols, and quality control measures.
Establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, and guidelines for all products manufactured by the company.
・Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their effectiveness and productivity.
・Oversee all aspects of the quality control process, including incoming raw material inspection, in-process inspections, and final product inspections.
・Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and product development, to address quality issues, drive process improvements, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
・Monitor key quality metrics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
・Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to plastic packaging manufacturing to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
・Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization by promoting quality awareness, providing training sessions, and fostering a proactive approach to quality improvement.
・Liaise with customers, suppliers, and external auditors to address quality-related inquiries, audits, and certifications.

・Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
・At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic packaging related QAQC.
・Proven experience in quality assurance management within the plastic packaging manufacturing industry.
・In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, quality control methodologies, and regulatory requirements specific to plastic packaging manufacturing.
