「CLOSED」R&D Engineer (Polisher Detergent) – Penang (Ref ID: 12046)

・Liase and coordinate with Sales team, to gather all related information for new Customer requirements and share to R&D personnel.
・To conduct all R&D related activities on Industrial cleaning product.
・Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product performance meets customer requirements.
・Define requirements and specifications for new products, new raw materials and evaluate all aspects going into a new product launch.
・Generate new ideas for product improvement.
・Liase and coordinate with Production 2, QA, Warehouse and Planning department on the design requirements and the process of sample preparation.
・Established work instruction and process instruction for newly design products and buy off products in order to handover to related departments.
・Prepare technical report and present to customer on new developed products.
・Resolving product issues both internally (Production / QA / Warehouse / Planning) and externally (Customers) either by remote or physical support.
・Implement and maintain ISO9001 management system to ensure no breakdown in R&D system.
・Experience in authoring Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Classify products according to the Globally Harmonized System for Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) and provide guidance on classification to new products.
・Carry out hand on research on process enhancement, new raw material evaluation and development, or new technology for quality improvement or cost down initiative.

・ Degree in Chemistry Science, Analytical Chemistry or related field. Preferably Master degree in Chemistry Science or Analytical Chemistry.
・ At least 2 years relevant working experience in semiconductors or PCB-related industry.

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
