「CLOSED」Maintenance Engineer – Semenyih (Ref ID: 12050)

・Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
・Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and failures, and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
・Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures that maximize productivity.
・Coordinate and oversee equipment repairs, including scheduling maintenance activities and procuring necessary parts.
・Maintain accurate maintenance records, including equipment history and work performed, to support planning and compliance requirements.
・Monitor equipment performance, collect data, and identify trends to recommend improvements and enhance reliability and efficiency.
・Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies by following proper maintenance procedures.
・Collaborate with procurement to source and evaluate spare parts and maintenance supplies.
・Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and integration into existing systems.
・Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices relevant to plastic packaging manufacturing.

・SPM or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
・3 years experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic packaging industry.
