「CLOSED」HR Manager (Contract) – KL (Ref ID: 12070)
・To review and formulate company’s administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
・To manage human resource functions to ensure consistency with the company’s overall human resource objectives, policies, procedures, and best practices that comply with Malaysian Employment Act.
・To review company’s policies on Employee’s compensation and benefits scheme and ensure it stays competitive with the same industry.
・To ensure administrative and human resource procedures are in compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements.
・To implement appropriate human resource strategies and actions to recruit and retain qualified and motivated workforce.
・To coordinate with Management, Section Head and Project Managers to established personnel development program / training need analysis and arrange employee training programme accordingly for talent management.
・To set up an effective Employee’s Performance Management System on a performance-driven and discipline govern platform.
・To administer all employment processes such as recruitment, employment, orientation, training, termination, compensation, etc.
・To review the company’s organisation needs and to allocate the human resource effectively within the organisation.
・To administer the company’s monthly payroll, contribution to IRB, EPF & SOCSO etc. and ensure compliances.
・To review submission of Annual Income Tax Return, i.e., Form E & EAs and ensure compliances.
・To handle employee’s grievance and counselling as well as managing day to day human resource issues of employee relations.
・To raise queries and provide counselling with superiors in matters related to staff attendance such as absence punctuality, performance, etc.
・To develop and implement an effective and efficient Human Resource Management System as and when required by the company and regulatory body.
・Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
・More than 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
