・The company is responsible for the planning and implementation of the company’s overall management plan, which is approved by the head office.
・Cost management: Grasp all costs incurred in advance, draft approval documents and manage assets/expenses after operation.
・Equipment maintenance: maintenance (PDCA of maintenance) and maintenance (daily trouble-shooting) of manufacturing equipment and fuel equipment.
・Personnel management: recruitment, personnel evaluation, transfers, promotions, salary increases and bonuses are applied for and implemented.

・ 10 years experience as a manager / senior manager in factory production and operation
