「CLOSED」JS Service Engineer – PJ (Ref ID: 12093)

・Single-part parts operations
・Preparing Quotations, internal processing work
・parts sales promotion (spare parts recommended)
・Defect handling
・When parts are ordered at the customer’s site, order requests are made to the Japanese side in Japanese (via e-mail/phone).
・Receives customer’s problem report
・Contact the Japanese side when there is machine trouble at the customer and receive advice on the technical part.
・Local attendance when Japanese staff comes from Japan
・Coordination of the construction schedule, acceptance of work, on-site attendance in Malaysia and onsite attendance
・Giving technical support for molding, operation consultation, and instruction
・Coverage area: Malaysia (Mainly between Ipoh – Melaka)
・There is an opportunity to travel the Philippines in the future

・Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical related
・Japanese Speaker (Mainly Internal usage with Japanese HQ) JLPT N2 level & above

・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
・Need to have own car
・Must be male
