SMT Maintenance Technician – Prai (Ref ID: 12096)

・Responsive on the machine downtime, backlog, quality issue & other necessary according to the SMT line.
・Responsible & lead for the Preventive Maintenance for the respected line.
・Continue improve material lost and scrap reduction.
・Quality yield Improvement, root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
・To set-up all smt equipment as per production’s running model .
・Support in engineering expenses management and control.
・Perform area and equipment maintenance and clean-up as required (5S +3T).
・SMT equipment spare part management.
・Run NPI (New Product Introduction) & trouble shoot component definitions feeder assignments and other functions required to set up a first-time run on the placement equipment.
・To support, develop and provide training on all aspects of SMT equipment machinery
・Involve in kaizen activity to improve production efficiency.
・Prepare validation document for the SMT equipment.
・Perform Calibration, CpK & GR&R for SMT equipment.
・Responsible installation, movement & scrap activities Follow all established ESD, safety, ergonomic and security policies.
・May perform equipment modifications as any other task assigned by superior from time to time.

・Diploma/ Degree in Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
・2 to 4 years of working experiences in SMT MAINTENANCE is required for this position.
