「CLOSED」Logistic Operation Manager – Klang (Ref ID: 12117)

・Transportation Planning: To ensure efficient and smooth execution of transportation operations, we develop schedules and route plans for the delivery and receipt of cargo. We develop optimal transportation plans, taking into account the combination of different modes of transportation, such as ship, truck, and air.
・Manage transportation arrangements: Manage transportation arrangements for cargo. Negotiates contracts with appropriate carriers and arranges transportation means. We are also responsible for preparing the necessary shipping documents and custom procedures.
・Transport Monitoring and Coordination: Monitors and coordinates the cargo from shipment to arrival to ensure that no problems or delays occur. Communicates with carriers and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and manage schedules.
・Manage transportation Data: Collects and manages transportation data and prepares necessary reports and documents. We utilize data to support efficient operations, including cargo tracking, inventory management, and transportation cost analysis.
・Quality Control: Responsible for quality control in the transportation process. Ensures cargo safety and accuracy while complying with quality standards and regulations. Develops and implements quality improvement strategies as needed.
・Team Management: directs and supervises the operations team. Manages and develops team members, including work assignments, performance evaluations, and training. Provides leadership to improve team coordination and efficiency.
・Customer Relations: Maintains relationships with customers and responds to their needs and requirements. Responds promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries and complaints. Improves customer satisfaction by understanding customer requirements and needs and providing appropriate solutions and suggestions.

・Possess own car and license
・Over 10 years of experience in Logistics operation for Ocean IMP/EXP, transportation.
・4-5 years experience in Managerial role
