「CLOSED」HR Manager – Johor (Ref ID: 12157)
・Lead and oversee HR functions and activities including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc.
・To bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
・Maintains compliance with rules and regulations, provide professional advice and manage the disciplinary issue(s) properly according to the Employment Act 1955 and Malaysia Industrial Relations Act 1967.
・To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
・To develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization business strategy.
・To oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
・Conduct annual salary and benefits surveys in order to develop pay plan and benefits program which competitive to the market.
・To assess the training needs among the staffs and monitor training programs according to the training needs.
・To report to the Management and provide any decision support through HR metrics.
・Plan and coordinate administrative process, procedures, policies and systems.
・Supervise renewal and payment of business’s licenses, local government tax, insurance, Expatriates’ related payment including accommodation, phone billing and vehicles, tenancy agreements, office equipment, etc.
・Supervise the communication within the inter sister companies.
・Any task to be assigned by HOD/Management from time to time.
・ Degree in Human Resource or related field
・ At least 10 years of working experience in Human Resource Department
・ Managerial role 6-8 years
・ Good knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act 1955, Malaysia Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax related matters
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
