「CLOSED」Beauty Trainer – PJ (Ref ID: 12171)

・To provide training for consumer about company product awareness (key ingredient, function, benefits, application).

・Training involves attracting the consumers to use company products in both physical (store) & media platforms as well as soft skill training such as customer service steps and selling skills.
・To improvise education materials collaborating with training manager to ensure materials are locally relevant, and develop presentation and education materials for the different audiences if needed’

・To ensure field team uphold and project the Brand’s image promoted through the culture of the organization, and according to the Brand’s Grooming Guidelines.

・To ensure consistency of Brand standards are practiced throughout and at all time

・Mentor and lead talent to drive the engagement during Live show/ virtual beauty session
・Drive BC towards the Social media era to actively build brand awareness
・Able to initiate for new ideas to create fun activities in learning such as fun Quizzes or any form
・To listen attentively and openly for feedback from field employee when required and direct communication to appropriate department promptly and factually
・To align field team and the Management through common goals and objectives

・ SPM and above
・ 3-5 Years working experience with beauty Brands/saloon/cosmetics or related industry.
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
・ Strong interest in learning and the ability to nurture and coach.
・ Strong presentation skills. Presents / communicates with self-assurance and confidence. Ability to deliver clear, concise and compelling messages with added creativity.
・ Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with all levels within an organisation.
・ Strong planning and execution skills. Anticipates, recognises and meets the needs of business, customers, and Beauty Advisors.
