「CLOSED」Pre Sales – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12184)

・Provide pre –sales system support to sales department to ensure optimum system configuration between company’s products and client’s system;
・Ensure benefits of company’s products are clearly communicated and proven to customer and are successfully implemented upon conclusion of solution sales;
・Test and evaluate new products/feature (hardware and software) to ensure compatibility and functionality;
・Collaborate with sales & marketing department to gather market information to establish the terms & conditions and service charges of new products inclusive formulation of service policies;
・Identify training syllabus and implement training for all sales staff and branch system engineers as and when required;
・Evaluation and comparison of software solutions.

・ Degree in Computing / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or its equivalent;
・ Minimum 3 years experience preferably in pre-sales support or consultancy support
・ Basic knowledge on MS SQL, Windows Active Directory, XML, Network Protocol & Connectivity
・ Has experience working in industry such as Software applications/mobile applications/cloud services provider/system integrator/Office Automation
・ Possess own transport and willing to travel.

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
