「CLOSED」JS/NJS Technical Unit Manager – Klang (Ref ID: 12191)

・To provide an effective linkage between the customers and plant operations by communicating customers’ requirement & specification on the importance of consistently producing excellent product quality in meeting customer requirements all the times.
・To lead and coordinate all new product development from design, alloy & process routing, production, sample trial and qualification stages till commercial supply.
・To achieve Product Certification on our building product through Sirim QAS to comply with Akta 520 (Pindaan) by CIBD and Green Product listing in GreenPagesMalaysia
・ Other duties as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

・Gather feedback from market or customer on the needs of developing new products
・Obtain information & product requirement of new product from customer
・Coordinate meeting on new product development with plant technical
・Advise on alloy and process routing
・Follow up & monitoring on processing of new product
・Attending trial run at customer end on new Product till commercial supply

・Review and approve all technical & product specifications
・Assist in preparation of technical & product
・Liaise with customer on all matters related with technical & product specifications

・ Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Chemical Management, Operation Management, Logistic or equivalent.
・ 10 years of working experience in production & operation management
・ Managerial experience 2-5 years of experience
