・Responsible for setting up and establishing new test process for new product
・Responsible for test yield improvement, machine up time, machine utilization, failure defect analysis and test reporting
・Responsible for testing capacity and test technology planning for short and long term
・Responsible test department equipment inventory management
・Responsible to bring up test technician and troubleshooting specialist knowledge for new product
・Responsible for supervising test technician and troubleshooting specialist for their daily job function
・Capable to communicate with customer to resolve technical related issue
・ Certificate & above in Electrical & Electronic
・ Minimum 5 years ‘experience in Test Engineer in E&E industry
・ Need to have supervising experience at least 1 year
・ Knowledge in PLC, test equipment, read PCB
