• Responsible for assisting Japanese moving to Malaysia for long stay in obtaining visas, enrolling to international schools, setting up companies, introducing properties and creating web content
• Interacting with clients via email and online.
• Guide Japanese customers through property viewings. Physically take them to the site and explain details about the property as well as information about the surrounding environment.
• Gather the necessary information on one’s own to explain to the customers.
• As needed, drive customers in a car to move between properties.
• Respond to enquiries and attending to clients as required (Johor Bahru to Kuala Lumpur).
• Rarely have business trip to KL
• Manage the application process for MM2H and other types of visas, property viewings, asset management and maintenance.
• Updating English information on our website.
• Updating of English information on the company website
• Researching and selling new partners and referrals.
• Work can be done online. However, you will be required to drive a car for attendance and other activities to achieve customer’s requirements.

•  Able to speak Japanese and English
