「CLOSED」Purchasing Assistant – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12274)
once a month, half Saturday work
•To source and liaise with approved suppliers for comparable parts, equipment, raw materials and other items for manufacturing purpose and office use.
•To assist in evaluate proposed quotations and get the necessary approval.
•To control stock by update and maintain data into system and monitor incoming and outgoing inventory.
•To prepare purchase orders and monitor on the on time delivery of stocks.
•To ensure goods are in good quality and meet the company specifications.
•To coordinate and communicate with relevant sections for inventory requirements.
•To assist in preparation department reports and ensure on time submission.
•To check prices and quantity order in invoices with purchase orders and quotations.
•To oversee supplier compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations.
•Provide ideas for continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changes of organizational needs and market conditions.
•Comply with ISO procedures and requirements
•Ensure suppliers comply with RoHS procedures and requirements.
•Ensure suppliers comply with RBA Code of Conduct, Use of Conflict-Free Minerals and Abolition of Specific Phthalate Ester Content Policy.
•To carry out evaluation of suppliers performance.
•SPM and above in equivalent
•Years of experience: 3 years of experience in Purchasing for manufacturing industry
•Have good computer skill, negotiation skill and communication skill
•Experience in ERP system.
