「CLOSED」QC Assistant – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12305)

・Inspection and Testing: Perform regular inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
・Documentation: To receive goods from suppliers and to check the quantity, quality received match with the product dimension and DO.
・Defect Identification: Identify and report any defects, deviations, or non-conformities in products or processes, and work with production teams to resolve these issues.
・Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure that inspection equipment and tools are calibrated and maintained properly to ensure accurate measurements and testing.
・Collaboration: Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams, engineering, and management to address quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.
・Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements and quality control measures to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

・ Degree & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
・ Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in QC for similar industry
・ Fresh graduates are welcome
・ Knowledge of quality control methods, techniques, and tools.
・ Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
・ Willing to do OT
・ Able to read Mechanical drawing
・ Proficiency in using inspection equipment and software.
