JS Production Planning & Procurement Officer – Seremban (Ref ID: 12325)

・To administer day to day production planning and procurement
activities, optimize sourcing and procurement of all goods and services
consumed by achieving best in quality and cost.
・To constantly execute procurement strategies to identify opportunities
for improvement and potential cost down.
・To implement best practices in procurement that call upon minimum
operational cost internally and externally, establishing and maintaining
good relationship with suppliers that are in the company’s interest.
・To administer the scheduling and timeliness of production process to
ensure the company meets the datelines.
・To plan for production schedule using internal computerized MRP system
and monitoring production schedule and ensure materials are
adequate to achieve zero production delay, and to maintain a
computerized procurement and production planning system where
necessary.
・To attend and when requested to supervise stock take inventories
activities.
・To plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

・ At least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Engineering or equivalent.
・ At least 2-3 years’ experience working in procurement or production planning.
・ Must be able to speak Japanese fluently.
