「CLOSED」Procurement & Logistic Executive – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12333)

・Maintain and update material records to ensure accuracy.
・Maintain accurate records of all procurement and logistics activities.
・Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as import/export regulations and environmental standards.
・Plan and optimize the transportation and distribution of goods
・Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
・Prepare and manage documentation for customs, permits, and licenses.
・Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or damages.
・Collaborate with various departments
・Knowledge of LMW (License Manufacturing Warehouse) procedures.

・ Diploma & above in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
・ Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience in procurement, logistics, customs, or supply chain management especially in a LMW company
・ Proven experience in procurement, logistics, customs, or supply chain management.
・ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
・ Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
・ Knowledge of LMW (License Manufacturing Warehouse) procedures.
