• Supervise and improve production throughout the factories by supporting engineering teams, reporting issues to management, and creating strategies that will enhance efficiency and profits.
• To ensure production runs smoothly
• To ensure production meets target and consistent quality output
• To supervise team of technician and operators in the Section
• To ensure the procedures, daily operation methods comply with standard procedures and conditions
• Problem solving to improve methods or procedures
• To comply with the requirements of quality, Environment, Safety and 5S; and that they are carried out all the time at work
・ Degree in Science – Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical and etc.
・ 1 – 2 years of relevant work experiences preferably from manufacturing industry
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
