「CLOSED」Network Engineer – KL (Ref ID: 12360)

・On-site & Off-site project management for implementation work at requested time-frame, including designing, device configuration, vendor control and documentation.
・Responsible for network high-level and detailed design, implementation, operations, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
・Develop both high-level and detailed implementation and test plans for network technologies related to enterprise and Data Centre networks
・Develop documentation as it relates to project requirements and assist with or make customer facing presentations of technology solutions.
・Write assessment and design reports, and present them to our customers
・Keep improve service quality as an engineering team
・Study new IT technology / create new solutions to provide better IT services.
・Find suitable partners to provide better ICT services to the customer with competitiveness.
・Keep good relationship with customers / Gather information for creating new projects.
・Assist sales team, and work together in pre-sales phase in case of needs
・Handle network design and construction projects

・Diploma/Bachelor degree related to IT

・5 years experience in IT Network
・Ability to handle network design and construction projects alone.
・Have the ability to a network project as a project manager in order to lead the project to success
・Bachelor degree of Electronic System Engineering, or equivalent as shown in attachment.
・Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
・Have the ability to set up the network products such as CISCO router & swith, Fortigate, Juniper SRX and WiFi products such as Meraki, Aruba and Ruckus.
・Have the ability to handle Network trouble-shooting, basic IT related issues
