Sales Executive (WFH)- Penang (Ref ID: 12391)

・Develop and maintain the Northern region, including Penang, Kedah, and Perak (Taiping).
・Identify and prioritize key target clients within the territory.
・Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation), Quotation, Purchase Order, and Invoice/Delivery Order using the SUNNET in-house system.
・Maintain accurate and organized sales records for reference.
・Initiate cold calls, emails, and visits to acquire new clients and generate new leads.
・Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
・Address sales inquiries from existing clients and provide solutions to their needs.
・Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
・Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.
・Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products.
・Prepare marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, brochures, and demos.
・Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
・Evaluate market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
・Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
・Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
・Apply basic technical and engineering knowledge to explain product functionality to clients.
・Collaborate with the technical team to address client inquiries effectively.
・Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports highlighting key performance indicators and sales achievements.
・Summarize client interactions and opportunities in the reports.
・Share insights with the management team to further refine sales strategies.

・ Diploma / Degree in Any
・ Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Factory Automation/Spare part/Machinery/any similar industry
・ Must be able to work with minimum supervision
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
