「CLOSED」JS QA/QC Manager – Prai (Ref ID: 12412)

・Plan, organize, lead and control QA/QC function to support the key to business needs and monitoring daily activities.
・Establish, evaluate, and implement quality system and quality control plan to ensure conformity of products to quality standard.
・Formulate and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
・Analyze and investigate customer complaints and recommend quality improvement.
・Administer continuous improvement program for all QC process and enhance quality system.
・Verify non-conformance from customer return, incoming, in-process and outgoing & ensure quality checks and inspections are carried out.
・Implement, maintain, and update quality standard to meet ISO9001 requirement.
・Conduct audits and appropriate follow-up with suppliers on quality issues.
・To ensure corrective action related to quality system are carried out effectively & supplier and customer quality issues are handled effectively.
・Acts as QMR for ISO 9001 Quality Standard.
・Dealing All, from incoming until outgoing, Low material→Process→After production
・Daily Managers meeting is conducting in Japanese Language and Email with HQ and internal also mainly in Japanese Language.

・Diploma above in related field
・At least 10 years in any Manufacturing Field as a QAQC
・At least 5 years experienced as Asst Mgr/ Manager
・Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N2 level & above) as well as English
・Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001
・8D Report, compulsory
