「CLOSED」Electrical Design Engineer – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12413)

・ Plan & prepare the detailed schedule of required tasks based on Master project schedule provided by Marketing dept.;
・ Liaise with customer for required project’s specification & information;
・ Prepare & issuance of B.O.M (Standard & Process Parts) lists;
・ Control boxes & Circuit or schematic diagram design & drafting using AutoCad;
・ HMI, PLC & Robot software design or programming;
・ Perform I/O check & software debug or test run;
・ Instruction manual preparation & drafting using MS Word;
・ Commissioning or installation of project at site (in M’sia or oversea);
・ Provide training to customer;
・ Problem troubleshooting & recovery;
・ Maintain or ensure all documentation of project is following departmental ISO9001 procedure;
・ Support Marketing dept. in cost estimation for tendering of project;
・ Assist or support Head of Dept. to accomplish departmental missions.

・ Diploma holder 3 years working experience in Industrial Automation field.
・ Degree holder at least 2 years working experience in Industrial Automation field.
・ Able to understand & design the Electrical circuit or schematic diagram & Control Box
・ Knowledgeable in HMI & PLC programming (KEYENCE VT & KV Studio, OMRON SYSMAC Studio, CX-Programmer, CX-Designer, MITSUBISHI GT Designer, GX Developer, GX Works, etc.) & capable to create full program;
・ Human Machine Interface (HMI)
