「CLOSED」Mechanical Assistant Manager – KL (Ref ID: 12420)

・Advice and design based on relevant engineering authority standards requirements to design for client/ tender project.
・To attend and explain technical specifics to sub-contractors, clients, discussion and meetings.
・To support branches/projects engineering operating.
・To liaise and coordinate with authorities/consultant for site inspection and approval.
・To prepare project forecast budget, margin, calculation & documentation.
・Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancies of drawings, BQ and specifications.
・To monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials, and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications, and samples, owner standards and quality.
・Resolve any site problems should any arise.
・Project Scheduling, planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.

・ Professional certificate/ Diploma/ Degree holder in construction-related study field
・ Minimum 4-5 years Senior level working experience in Japanese engineering firm or consultant firm

・Able to communicate well in English
