Production Manager – Perai (Ref ID: 12429)

・Responsible for production operations and ensure manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on budget.
・Develop and implement policies and standards to increase manufacturing team output and quality of work.
・Responsible for production output and yield achievement.
・Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment, processes technology related efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
・Plan production schedule to meet customer delivery schedule.
・Manpower capacity planning and improve production performance.
・Supervising the production team’s work and organizing relevant training sessions to upgrade the team continuously.
・Initializing corrective and / preventive actions arising from customer complaints and product non-conformance.
・Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
・Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
・Estimate production costs and implement cost control strategies.
・To review production monthly report and ensure company goals and objectives are met.
・To maintain the Quality System of ISO9001 and other customer audit requirements.
・Enforce the implementation of 5S, project of KAIZEN and safety at the workplace.

・ Diploma and Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably), Electrical/ Mechatronic or related field
・ Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
・ Strong leadership that can lead the department.
・ Basic machine functioning concept.
