・Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising
・Evaluating and improving department systems, controls, and procedures to seek accuracy and efficiency
・Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department
・Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting
・Take over from the current accounting manager
・Perform cost accounting and make proposals that contribute to the company from an accounting standpoint.
・Communicate with the person in charge at the manufacturing site to resolve accounting issues.
・Corperating with Japanese Staff, this position will be a bridge between Japanese HQ and Local staff
・In the future, he/she will be involved in a wide range of tasks, not only accounting, but also assisting with HR and internal controls.

・Degree holder
・4 – 5 years experience Partial accounting experience are encourage to apply
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
