「CLOSED」JS Production Engineer – Johor (Ref ID: 12453)

・As a window person for Safety activities.
・Prepare monthly safety meeting report for both JB & Prai.
・Transfer Safety and Technical related issues knowledge
・To cultivate and increase company’s Safety Culture through 5S, Kaizen & safety activities.
・Enforce and promote safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
・Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

・Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Maintenance and QA teams to achieve production goals.
・Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

・Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure rod meet industry standards and customer specifications.
・Collaborate with the QA Team to address any non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

・ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
・ Min 3 years working experience in a similar role in manufacturing industry.
・ Fresh Graduate with technical background are encourage to apply
・ Able to communicate well in Japanese & English
