「CLOSED」Personal Assistant – PJ (Ref ID: 12492)
・Effectively manage and prioritize the senior executive’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
・Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring optimal use of the executive’s time.
・Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
・Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
・Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
・Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary materials.
・Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
・Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related details are in order.
・Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, document preparation, and record-keeping.
・Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes, within the Administrative Support responsibilities involves a range of activities like Market Research, Financial Analysis, Regulatory Compliance, Vendor and Supplier Information, Data Compilation, SWOT Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Collaboration with Departments, Information Synthesis etc.
・Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and executive matters.
・ Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
・ Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar role
・ Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
