「CLOSED」JS Quality Section Head – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12499)

・Understand policy, objectives and targets.
・Maintain and make sure all ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification requirements are satisfied.
・Supervise daily quality control inspection activities of material, WIP and finished goods.
・Direct investigation of customer complaints on products and ensure proper measures are taken where necessary with related department.
・Liaise with Customer Care or customers on quality issues.
・Handle new part development inspection evaluation for new or existing customers
・Initiate and establish a Quality Training Program base on personnel skills needed.
・Plan and organize manpower and system requirements for quality inspection for specification compliance.
・Liaise and provide feedback to other departments on all quality aspects.
・Assist superior with confirmation on product release and necessary documents prior to delivery.
・Monitor the calibration plan and confirmation on the equipment calibration system.
・In charge of Quality Meetings with other departments.
・Continue improvement and promotion of Quality 5S, Safety, and Quality awareness activity.
・Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned

・Degree / Diploma in any Engineering related
・Minimum 1-2 year of experience in manufacturing
・Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N3 above) & English
・ Able to read Mechanical drawing.
・ Sense of leadership, at least have supervising experience.
