・Perform regular maintenance on machines used in die and tooling repairs to ensure their reliability and longevity.
・Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the maintenance supervisor.
・Manage and organize the spare parts inventory, ensuring that necessary components are readily available for die maintenance activities
・Maintain accurate records of all assets related to die maintenance, including tools and equipment.
・Interface with customers to manage their die and mould assets, ensuring timely maintenance and addressing any customer-specific requirements.
・Contribute to Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, actively participating in continuous improvement programs.
・Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and modifications on dies and tooling to ensure optimal functionality.
・Operate and maintain lathe, milling, and surface grinding machines in accordance with safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

・SPM with 5 years experience as a Die Maintenance Technician or similar role
・Diploma holder with 3 years experienced as a Die Maintenance Technician or similar role
・Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
・Basic skills and knowledge in AutoCAD / Solidworks.
