・Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications in Japanese.
・Listen to suggestions and wishes of the clients in Japanese and communicate them to the appropriate people inside the company in English.
・Employ networking techniques to attract new clients such as attending events.
・Negotiate budgets and deadlines and make detailed presentations justifying costs and schedules.
・Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients written both in English and Japanese as necessary.
・Brainstorming meetings and contributing ideas.
・Assisting in client pitches.
・Key account client research.
・Taking project briefs and managing the progress and production of client internally and communicate back with the client.
・Arranging on resource and liaising with resource team internally.
・Liaising and assisting with management to understand and comprehend in a promptly manner; to engage their requirements with suggestions and solutions.

・ Diploma in Business Administration, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
・ 2 years experience as key account manager or business relationship management related

・Fresh graduate with fluency of Japanese language skill are encourage to apply.
・ Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
・ Excellent communications/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
・ Must be fluent to communicate in Japanese writing and speaking (If a candidate is Local with Japanese speaking, must possess minimum JLPT 2 and above or a proof to show that the person is capable at language fluency).
