「CLOSED」Creative E-commerce Executive – KL (Ref ID: 12524)

・Extensive understanding of whole ecommerce flow logic and online marketplace operation.
・Assist in overseeing our marketplace day-to-day operation including online activities, order fulfillment and account
management (Shopee, Lazada & etc).
・Manage and oversee listing of products and pricing online.
・Ability to manage customers enquiries through online channels.
・Assist in managing brand’s ecommerce site and SNS account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & etc).
・Assist in store, social & ecommerce creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, 11.11, 12.12 etc).
・Execute marketing calendar with E-commerce team lead to drive brand visibility and sales.
・Participate in online campaign development.
・Adaptable, able to multitask, and bold in trying new ideas that can generate profitable online sales / traffic.
・Ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion and overachieving.
・Help out as and when required.
・On-site training will be provided.

・ Diploma and above in marketing, ecommerce, business administration
・ At least 2-years of focused experience in ecommerce / digital industry
・ Please collect portfolio from cdd e.g. their designed post/ ecomm platform or their edited video
・ Shopify / online marketplace managing experience
・ Microsoft Excel (eg, Vlookup) (Intermediate Level & above)
・ Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator (Intermediate Level & above)
・ Video Editing (Adobe Premium / phone app) (Basic & above)
・ Knowledge of basic HTML, CSS & scripting (Basic Programmatic) will be an advantage. (Basic)
