「CLOSED」Business Process IT AM – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12529)

・Understand fully the Global/Regional Business Process implementation/enhancement requirement and cascading the requirements to Country users.
・Generate monthly reports of service level performance and perform analysis.
・Identifying process improvement opportunities to improve quality, enhance service and eliminate non-essential processes/tasks.
・Assist in developing best practices for business process improvements.
・Fosters a systematic approach to process execution, including a comprehensive project plan and timeline, performance measures, so processes meet key requirements to achieve organization goals.
・Assist in tracking and updating status of business initiative projects to the Management.
・Assist in coordinating with a cross-functional team to develop business process requirements.
・Assist in maintaining business process documentations which include training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, and implementation procedures.
・Assist in ensuring any procedural changes in Policies and Procedures are updated and oversee the training of staff.
・Must be abreast with the country regulation which might impact on the local process and work closely with Regional/Global Headquarter Business Process Management to ensure smooth workflow.

・ Degree in Any
・ Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field in any industry
・ Project Management experiences (Agile/Waterfall)
・ Strong in data analytical skills and able to use tools for modelling, analyzing, understanding, and designing business processes.
・ Able to report and advise the Manager on business process issues.

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
