「CLOSED」BO Chargeman cum Facility Executive – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12561)

・To ensure smooth running of all machines without failure in operation and minimise break down time.
・Ensure of electrical power supply is manage safely and efficiency to production lines.
・Responsible on utilities readiness for production function such as air-cond, air compressor and etc.
・To determine and plan preventive maintenance according to time and schedule.
・Responsible to attend defect complaints from others department and take remedy action to resolve limitations.
・Liaise with contractor/ supplier pertaining of any matters related to spare parts, renovation and etc.
・Ensure all spare parts control meet a minimum stock availability.
・Liaise with government bodies such as OSHA, Bomba, JKKP which relevant to the safety matter.
・Ensure company is always in compliance with local regulations, rules, standards and guidelines such as
・Department of Safety & Health, Environment, Fire Service etc.
・To continuously review, enhance, update and communicate company’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
・Comply with schedule waste, clean air, chemical handling & preparedness procedures and requirement.
・Comply to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
・Working with management and employees to foster a culture of safety and raise safety awareness via training.
・Carry out any other duties as and when required by The Company.

・Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering with BO Chargeman Certificate
・ 10 years of working experience in manufacturing/ related field.
・ Must Possess Certificate of Chargeman with competent certification of BO issued by Energy Commission Malaysia.
・ Knowledgeable in statutory requirements related to Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Health, Safety and Environmental.
