・ Check current stock condition every month & generate planning.
・ Generate outstanding order and follow up with vendor
・ Process purchase order and delivery order to vendor
・ Reporting of Raw Material conditIon & planning to Manager
・ Make receiving at PQRIS and SAP for every new incoming
・ Create the Account Payable data for any payment to vendor
・ Making Goods Receive Note for every incoming and payment

・ Check current stock condition every month & generate planning.
・ Generate outstanding order and follow up with vendor
・ Process purchase order and delivery order to vendor
・ Do revision for any goods price change.

・ Attend meeting with related Technical, PP&C & SEC for progress of RoHS Compliance changes
・ Manage of stock condition and changing schedule of 4M change.
・ Manage RoHS compliance data sharing EPJ & SEC
・ Manage and control of new raw material purchase.

・ Control of issue raw material by MPRM based on monthly planning (MP Div.)
・ Key-in issuing of raw material in SAP.

・ Prepare and checking Vendor Manage Inventory (VMI) report to related vendor
・ Process charge invoice for VMI related vendor.
・ Prepare and checking cost variance report for VMI and EPJ Asset Value (EAV) receive
・ Prepare and checking receiving & issue report

・ Degree / Diploma in any related field
・ Experienced in Material Planning, Procurement, InCoTerm.

・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
・ Bilingual in spoken & written English, BM & Japanese and perform stand-up training.
・ Possess at least JLPT N2
・ PC Literate, advance knowledge of M/S Work, Excel and Power Points is an essential.
・ Able to perform overtimes in weekdays & weekends.
