JS Sales – KL (Ref ID: 12705)

・Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and company website
・Attend and oversee moving operations/on-site visits (manage local staff at the site)
・Often go directly to the site in the morning, return to the office around 2 PM to 3 PM
・Provide information on pricing and packages
・Create estimates and handle orders
・Manage incoming and outgoing payments
・Organize documents (instructions, requests, etc.)
・Consider export methods
・Give instructions to the shipping and warehouse staff
・Business trips, including overnight stays (frequency is based on customer)
・Activity range in KL extends from Ipoh to the south (up to JB in the south, includes trips to East Malaysia)

・No requirement on Education

・3 years working experience in any industry

・Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above)
