・Provide technical support to production by doing investigation on root cause of problems and identifying areas for improvement.
・Maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality.
・Operating computer-aided design software to design and produce products and systems.
・Acquiring new equipment (machine selection, installation, validation and monitoring)
・Communication with Japan HQ and internally. Sometimes they use Japanese to clients too
・In-charge vision system development for product inspection.
・Perform tooling design & manufacturing drawing thru CAD software
・Window person for communication with Japanese manager & Japan HQ.

・ Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering
・ Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
・ Have technical know-how in process improvement, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
・ Good knowledge of Solidwork, NX or any related design software.
・ Good interpersonal skills for engagement with cross-functional departments.
・ Japanese speaking is an added advantage. (JLPT N2 or above)
・Be able to work on weekends (it is not fixed as schedule but they often work weekends too, so cdd needs to be flexible for this)
