・Machine specifications and operation
・Borrow parts from Japan (if necessary) and respond inquiries from Japan
・Machines special repair and PLC program changes
・Respond any inquiries from production
・End of Life (EOL) support – countermeasure for parts that have been discontinued, referring and contact Japan HQ where necessary
・Support on machine retrofit
・Support for machine export -attending the site during machine packaging work to monitor and ensure there are no missing packages or incidents
・Spare part/ Inventory Management support
・Visit clients frequently to assess, repair, and maintain electrical systems
・Provide technical support and solutions on-site as needed.
・SPM above
・5 years above in E&E（Electrical repairs experience）
・Must know PLC programming and understand electrical diagrams
・Able to visit clients (flexible to traveling)
・Able to work OT in urgent cases
・Able to communicate well with superior and other staffs.
