・Providing assistance to the superior to help meet the target, as well as ensure efficient and safety activities.
・Take good communication and team work among the team, and establish the firm Engineer team with Superior
・Well communicate with Superior to plan and implement plant improvements and expansion
・Plan for machineries expansion / investment
・Discuss and negotiate as well as attend to new mchineries installation
・Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped and motivates so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in as　safe, timely and cost effective manner
・Ensures that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
・Monitor operations of plan equipment, utilities and systems
・Utilize Japanese speaking skill to smoothen the overall communication with Japan Head Office and Japanese staffs
・Take proper action based on the approval and instruction from the management

・Diploma & above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering

・Min 3 years experience in Engineering related

・Preferable candidate from Electric Engineer experience rather than Mechanical
・Experience in Project Management

・Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English
