Job Description

• Extensive understanding of whole ecommerce flow logic and online marketplace operation.
• Assist in overseeing our marketplace day-to-day operation including online activities, order fulfillment and account management (Shopee, Lazada & etc).
• Manage and oversee listing of products and pricing online.
• Ability to manage customers enquiries through online channels.
• Assist in managing brand’s ecommerce site and SNS account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & etc).
• Assist in store, social & ecommerce creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, 11.11, 12.12 etc).
• Participate in online campaign development.
• Adaptable, able to multitask, and bold in trying new ideas that can generate profitable online sales / traffic.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion and overachieving.
• Help out as and when required.
• on-site training will be provided.

Requirements

・ Diploma and above in Digital Marketing, E-commerce or equivalent study field
・ At least 2 years of focused experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
・ Experience with various Ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
・ Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and scripting concepts.
・ Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
・Know Vlookup, Excel, Canva, Adobe Photoshop is the plus
