Business Development Senior Executive (Marketing) (Ref ID: 13164)

• Experienced in understanding whole retail marketing operation.
• Market Research: Identify new business and revenue opportunities with industry trends analysis.
• Able to read M&E drawings / Schematic Design for coordination purposes.
• Mall Management: Build and maintain strong mall management relationship.
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.
• Assisting with marketing and promotional projects assigned by marketing lead.
• Assist in store creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, year-end-sale, etc)
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across marketing, retail, and operations.
• Participate diligently in any promotion / campaign from time to time to achieve stakeholders desired results
• Gather feedback and channel requests to marketing Lead.
• Adaptable, able to multitask and bold in trying new ideas that can generate profitable sales / traffic.
• Independent, resourceful, responsible, and autonomously in driving projects to completion and overachieving.
• Provide strategic direction and clear communication to retail visual designer in achieving effective visuals.
• Structure and plan work achieving tight deadlines. Help out as and when required.
• This position is required to work as a team with Marketing & EC Team.

・ Diploma and above
・ 4 to 5 years of working experience with retail marketing focus.
・ Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup)
・ Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
・ Familiar with Video Editing (phone app)
・Experience in managing mall (familiar in Retail industry) and creative personnel will be highly considered
・100% open minded, flexible & self motivated individual
・Positive & good personality
