IT Technician – Port Klang (Ref ID: 13169)
Friday 8am - 6pm
・Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network systems.
・Diagnose and resolve technical issues for computers, printers, and peripherals.
・Provide IT support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
・Perform system updates, software installations, and security patches.
・Manage IT assets, documentation, and user account setups.
・Support and maintain network infrastructure and data backup systems.
・Ensure cybersecurity measures and compliance with IT policies.
・Coordinate with vendors for IT-related maintenance and troubleshooting.
・Assist in ERP and production system support.
・Stay updated with IT trends and security best practices.
・ Education: Degree IT, Computer Science or related field
・ Years of experience: 1-2 years of IT support experience
・ Knowledge to perform troubleshoot and containment action for any breach
・Able to perform basic PC maintenance and PC setting within specified time without external support
