Engineer ( Ref ID: 13269)
Purpose of Job: To provide service and information of technical issue to related Dept, for sales activities or mass production. To develop, improve & establish a new product.
・To assist Senior Engineer and above in order to achieve department policy and goals
・Supervise subordinates (Assistant Engineer and below)
・R&D laboratory activity control and management.
・To provides specs, costing, samples, technical data for production control to related department.
・To assist in samples preparation for customer approval with measurement data.
・Handling of customer’s environmental enquiry.
・Define the technical specification & interpret the drawing
・Design data registration for computer system (M3,ERP, WDS system, etc)
・Engineering cost assessment.
・To source & develop new or substitute material
・To perform the physical, chemical or reliability testing for new product and material development
・Assure the product quality in compliance with international electrical application standards and to satisfy specific customer requirement before starting mass production
・To provide technical support related to any of quality issues/solutions.
・Project feasibility study and scheduling
・Managing and tracing the progress of new product development or product quality improvement programmed
・To assist in advanced product quality planning status if required
・conduct design review meeting for new development product and 4M change to review the quality status and get approval from management QA,PE
・To introduce only environmental friendly material manager level or other requirements,
・To ensure all subordinates use environmental friendly material
・To use only authorized direct/indirect material for environmental conformance material label
・To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirement.
・To carry the above task in safely and health’s manner by the following the company’s OSHMS requirements.
・ Perform any other related tasks/ functions as and when required by the company
・ Education Background: Minimum Degree in Engineering field and equivalent
・ Years of experience: Fresh graduate and up to 1 year of experiences
・ Able to speak Japanese or mandarin
