Sales Executive (Senior Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager) – Subang Jaya (Ref ID: 13359)

・Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
・Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers.
・Actively engage with the market to gather feedback on trends by visiting customers regularly.
・Follow up on overdue payments, inventory levels, and order statuses.
・Understand customer practices, including product usage, ordering trends, and procedures.
・Prepare quotations and samples, and handle communication regarding quality issues.
・Explore opportunities for new sales and acquire new customers.
・Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

・ Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
・ Years of experience:
・ Minimum 3 years for Executive/Senior Executive roles.
・ Minimum 5 years for Assistant Manager/Manager roles.
・ Experience in industrial or trading sales is preferred
・ Candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing sales, industrial trading, or distributor sales—especially within the Electrical & Electronics (E&E), Automotive, Chemical, Semiconductor, or other related industries—are encouraged to apply
・Preferably Japanese or Malaysian Chinese candidates.
・Preferably around 30 years old for Executive/Senior Executive; below 40 years old for managerial roles.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
・Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal teams.
・Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively.
・Strong communication skills in Japanese are essential.
・Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia.
