・Maintain quality inspection posture.
・Overall instructions on related to QMS.
・Creation of training and education plan for the staff
・Ensure the company is always in compliance with ISO: 9001 latest requirements.
・Procedure preparation
・Customer related quality negotiation window
・Inline process improvement
・Assist QMR for QMS ISO9001:2015
・Quality weekly report
・Quality monthly report
・Create and confirm the documents,
・Monitor the measurement equipment calibration activities.
・Lead the annual internal audit and ensure the load audit.
・Lead the preparation of Management Review meeting.
・Lead the Doc Con and ensure document always with latest revision.
・Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping.
・Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
・ Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Machinery/ Mechanical /Mechatronics or equivalent
・ At least 3 years of working experience in related field especially for plastic film is an added advantage
・ Have experience in manufacturing field
・ Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills.
