Sales Engineer (Junior/Senior) – Penang (Ref ID: 12954)

・Sales expansion by daily activities (Create new businesses, maintain existing businesses).
・Collaborate through distribution channel (Distributors).
・Provide daily sales & technical support.
・Marketing research & business development.
・Able to understand machining process.

・ Education Background: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Business Administration or equivalent
・ Years of experience: Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in similar industry (Preferably in Industrial Tools)
・ Good knowledge related to cutting tool.
・ Able to communicate and write in English as most of the business communications are in English.
・ Posses own car
・ Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
・ Proficient in Microsoft Office is required to produce necessary reports and create other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
・ Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and project management skills.
・ Good communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise messages to team members and keep them informed of sales activities.
・ Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with other team members.
・ Independent and proactive, able to take ownership and complete tasks assigned with integrity.
・ Able to work independently and under pressure.
・ Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced with self motivation and determination.
