HR cum Admin Specialist – Mont Kiara (Ref ID: 11416)

・Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
・Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
・Managing the recruitment and selection process
・Assist supervisors and managers handling the behaviours caused by poor workplace attitude such as absenteeism, tardiness, workplace conflict, lack of productivity and insubordination
・Responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of an organization.
・Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
・Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
・Draft and update workplace policies as necessary from time to time
・Maintain pay plan and benefits program
・Work with onboarding Managers, who handle procedures concerning the hiring and training of new employees
・Visit Penang (roughly once a month)

・Diploma in any field
・Have 5 years Managerial experience
・In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
・Good communication skills
