「CLOSED」Production Control Executive – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12199)

・Planning, scheduling and coordinating production of the company’s products
・Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
・Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases
・Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
・Handling customer inquiries to update the delivery date of the order and ensuring successful delivery of finished goods.
・Coordinate with Production and QC team to provide the justification and recovery plan for any backlog and update the customer timely.
・Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
・Input data in system QnE (ERP) to create updated status reports for quick reference of project progress and deadlines.

・ Degree / Diploma in engineering
・ at least 2 years working experience in Factory automation manufacturing, E&E, semicon industry
・ ISO 9001 & 14001knowledge

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
