・Lead and empower our sales team: Maximize the potential of your team by providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative environment.
・Craft compelling proposals and quotations: Analyse client needs and translate them into winning proposals and quotations that secure new client partnerships.
・Negotiate and close deals: Confidently negotiate win-win business deals that benefit both your company and clients.
・Build and manage strong client relationships: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
・Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by management.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, support, and coach a team of salespeople and project managers, fostering their professional development and maximizing their performance.
・Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Formulate and implement effective strategies to drive the team towards achieving sales targets and business objectives.
・Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Develop and execute S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Agreed, Realistic and Time-bound) plans to identify and approach potential clients, securing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering continued business.
Proactively reach out to acquire new B2B clients, targeting both agencies and end clients.
・Maximize Revenue Potential: Nurture new and dormant accounts, maximizing their potential and driving long-term growth.
・Identify New Market Opportunities: Stay on top of industry trends and proactively identify emerging markets, including new ideas, industries, or technologies, to explore potential business expansion.
・Travel: Travel internationally(APAC area) at least once per month.(1 travel is about 1-2 weeks)
・Diploma above
・3+ years of experience leading a team of 5+ people.
・Possess at least 5 years of experience in similar industry/B2B sales (managerial role is preferred).
・Selling experience for Intangible products
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
・Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
・Ability to travel overseas at least once a month.(APAC area)

・サバ州/サラワク州:ボルネオ島に位置し、製造業が多いエリア。求人情報数は少ないが、給与は高め。
