「CLOSED」Warehouse Manager – Nilai (Ref ID: 12807)

・Managing bonded warehouse in Bukit Jelutong Selangor.
・Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, forwarding and maintenance operations.
・Liaison with Customs / Customers / Overseas Affiliates / Transporter / Air & Sea Freight forwarders.
・Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
・Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
・Ensures compliance to Regulatory, Security, Safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOP)
・Planning routes and load scheduling for multiple deliveries.
・Ensure the achievement of KPI relating to warehouse and forwarding operation.
・Monitor the quality, cost and efficiency of warehouse and forwarding operation.
・Organizing the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
・Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure company objective are met or exceeded.
・Motivating subordinates to achieve a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
・Produce reports and statistics on a regular basis.

・Diploma / Degree in Logistics or Equivalent.
・Minimum 10 years of working experience in a similar position in Logistics industry.
・A few year experience as a management position
・Excellent knowledge of Warehouse Management.
・Hands on experience with warehouse management system (WMS) and databases.
・Experience in ISO 9001 / EMS14001 / OSHAS.
・Applicants must possess own transport.
